The medical departments of the hospital
The wide range of closely cooperating medical specialities is the basis of competent patient care. The safety and success of the patient’s treatment is assured with the collaboration of specialists of different departments.
High personnel qualifications, experience, modern medical equipment and especially the willingness to perceive each patient as an individual are the building blocks of successful medicine.
In this section we would like to present the medical departments of the Private Hospital Tsepeti. The departments are not strictly separated from each other in our hospital. Instead there is a constant cooperation among all participating physicians to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Information for Patients
Patient admission In general, admitting the patients to hospital is arranged by the local referring physicians. In case of acute illness, there is also a possibility of consulting the hospital's emergency medical care, which is available 24 hours a day. All the formalities of admission can be handled at the central reception.

Inpatient stay The Private Hospital Tsepeti provides comfortable single and double rooms. Speaking of the latter, there is the possibility for a member of the patient’s family to stay and keep company (rooming-in). In the rooms you will find a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat screen TV, a telephone and wireless internet. Many rooms also have a balcony and are equipped with a refrigerator.
The medical rounds are usually held twice a day. Between official rounds there is, of course, an opportunity for further conversations with the responsible physicians. The friendly and highly qualified nursing staff is available to the patients around the clock.
Visiting hours The official visiting hours are flexible to make the patient's stay as comfortable as possible. Of course, visiting a patient outside the specified visiting hours can be arranged in agreement with the health care staff.

Patient discharge The discharge from inpatient treatment usually takes place in the morning after the final medical round. All necessary information and documents will be delivered to the patient. The outpatient treatment will be organized in advance. The follow-up treatment is carried out by the referring physician or by the doctors at the clinic to ensure the best possible continuity of the patient’s care.
The doctor's letters and other medical reports or test results can be provided in English, in order to inform the referring doctor at home as best as possible about the course of illness and treatment.
